Fry your onion add your minced meat let it cook till tender. Half your sausages and add them to cook.

Add your sliced tomatoes, green pepper, thyme, carrots and salt. Stir well and allow to cook for 5 minutes.

Slice your potatoes add them in and add alittle amount of water. Let it simmer.

Once cooked Stir all your ingredients and set aside.

Serve and enjoy. I enjoyed mine with vegetables.
