Steps

Cut the bread into pieces.heat 2 to 3 tsp ghee in a saucepan, toast the bread pieces till they turn golden.

Add 1cup water in the same sauce pan.Add 1cup sugar dissolve.

Add cardamom powder and rose essence. When sugar syrup becomes thick then add chopped dates.

Gradually and the bread pieces and milk, ghee mix well.

Finally add roast cashews,raisins for garnish and serve. Enjoy.
