Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cupcake flour
  2. 11/4 teaspoonsbaking soda
  3. 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  4. 3eggs
  5. 3/4 cupssugar
  6. 2 tablespoonswater
  7. 1 teaspoonsvanilla
  8. 1 cupcoolwhip
  9. 1 cupsraspberry jam

Cooking Instructions

    Mix and sift flour baking soda and salt

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolks till thick

  3. 3

    Add water and vanilla fold in half of stiff egg whites

  4. 4

    Add flour very little at a time

  5. 5

    Fold in rest of egg whites

  6. 6

    Put on greased 9x13x2 pan lined with wax paper

  7. 7

    Bake 20 minutes at 350

  8. 8

    Turn onto a wet towel

  9. 9

    Spread with raspberry jam and cool whip

  10. 10

    Sprinkle with powder sugar.
