Ingredients

  • 4big size boiled potatos
  • 1 table spoonmustard seeds
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 2-3chopped green chilli
  • 1 table spoonginger paste
  • as par tasteSalt
  • 2 table spoonoil
  • 1 tea spoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut medium size boiled potatos

  2. 2

    Take a pan on gas stove, add oil and heat, then add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and ginger paste and roast to 1- 2 sec

  3. 3

    Now add potatos, turmeric powder and salt, fry for few minutes

  4. 4

    Now my vegetable is ready to serve at lunch or dinner
