In 1 bowl mix cheese with 1tbsp butter, chilli flakes, garlic, coriander, black pepper and pinch of salt.

Grease pan with butter and place bread slices next to each other without any gap.

Now spread or sprinkle cheese mixture on top and bake it for 5-10 mins on 150-180D or until cheese melts and bubbles. Make sure bread doesn't get burnt.

Cut slices into half and Serve it with tomato ketchup.
