Wash the matumbo thoroughly and place in a pressure cooker at medium heat to cook for one hour

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. Stir, when they turn slightly brown add tomatoes.

Stir then cover for 2 minutes then stir as you crash the tomatoes. Add matumbo as you stir

Add the mixed spices and curry powder. Stir then add tomato puree.

Add salt and one cup water. Stir and add the royco cube. cover for 10 minutes then turn off heat and serve.
