Rice Minced Meat Stew
I love experimenting with different recipes.
Steps

Pill the carrots. Together with minji, wash well and put in a sufuria of water and boil until soft.

In a clean cooking pan, put oil and cook until ready then add the finely chopped onions and hoho and cook well.

Add finely chopped tomatoes and mix well then let it cook while stirring until it forms a thick paste.

Add rice and stir well then and then add minji and carrots and mix well.

Add minced meat, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes then add royco, turmeric powder, soy sauce and salt and coriander leaves. Stir for 5 minutes until well mixed. Add 750ml of water, stir then cover.

Let it cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Best served warm.
