Cut the chicken to pieces and boil till soft with salt.

You can now stew the chicken by stir frying the onions with cooking oil the add tomatoes. Stir the mixture

Add royco and paprika. Cook for a few minutes.

Meanwhile let the chopped managu boil and fry with oil and onions.
