Heat the vegetable oil and fryvthe onions ubtil they turn golden brown.

Add garlic cloves, chilies, coriander, curry powder salt as well as chopped beef and potatoes.

Add some water and stir for 1 minute then cover the Sufuria and let the potatoes and the beef cook and simmer until soft.

When the peas and potatoes are cooked, add in the grated tomatoes. Break open the egg to remove the egg shell and drop them into the curry.

Cover the Sufuria and let the beef and eggs mixture cook for 10 minutes
