Ingredients

  1. For Stuffing :
  2. 1/2 tspOil
  3. 1/2 tspJeera
  4. 1small Finely Chopped Onions
  5. 125 gmsGrated Paneer
  6. 1Boiled and Smashed Potatoes
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  9. 1 tspDhania Jeera Powder
  10. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  11. 1 tspChopped Green Coriander Leaves
  12. For Paste :
  13. 2medium Sized Tomatoes
  14. 1small Sized Onions
  15. 1 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  16. 1-2Green Chillies (optional)
  17. Other Ingredients :
  18. 5medium sized Tomatoes
  19. 1 tspOil
  20. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  21. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  22. 1 tspDhania Jeera Powder
  23. Salt
  24. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take medium sized tomatoes. Cut from Upper side(use this upper portion for gravy). Remove seeds and inner portion slowly from tomatoes (this can also be used for gravy).
    Fill these tomatoes with the prepared stuffing and keep aside.

    Paste - In a mixer grinder jar, take tomatoes, onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Make smooth paste.

    In same kadhai take oil, add prepared paste, saute for some time and then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder,salt and sugar. Mix well and then add stuffed tomatoes. Cook for some time till tomatoes are cooked well.
    (If stuffing is left you can add that stuffing to gravy.)

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with fulka roti and rice
