Ingredients

  • 2papad
  • 3boiled potato
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1 inchginger chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoondhaniya powder
  • 1/4 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1/2 -tspn amchoor powder
  • 1/4 teaspooncarrom seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchheeng
  • Water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First patato ko wahsh kar ke boil kar lenge.and unko peel kar ke mash kar lenge.

  2. 2

    Now mash patato main chopped green chilli nchopped ginger ko add kar denge.

  3. 3

    Now mash patato main all spice add kar denge and mix it very well and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now papadh ko middle se 2 poration main devied kar lenge is trh 2 papadh ko 4 part main devied kar lenge.

  5. 5

    Now papadh ko water main light dip krenge than use patato mixture se fill kar lenge and lightly well press krte huye papadh roll bana kar ek plate main rakh lenge.

  6. 6

    Now ek pan main 0il lenge and medium flame par medium hot oil main papadh roll fry kar lenge.

  7. 7

    Now crispy papad roll ready to eat.enjoy with green chutney and tomato sauce. Happy cooking.
