Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 1handfull spinach
  • 2small potatoes
  • 1/4red pepper
  • 1/4green pepper
  • 2carrots
  • 1 tspmixed spices
  • 1 packetchicken stock powder
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1onion
  • 3baby marrows

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion and curry for 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add spinach, potatoes and baby marrow

  3. 3

    Let it boil for 10 minutes then add your peppers and let it cook on a low temperature

  4. 4

    It's colourful and delicious
