2small potatoes
1/4red pepper
1/4green pepper
2carrots
1 tspmixed spices
1 packetchicken stock powder
3 tbsoil
1onion
3baby marrows

30 minutes

Fry onion and curry for 3 minutes

Add spinach, potatoes and baby marrow
3

Let it boil for 10 minutes then add your peppers and let it cook on a low temperature

It's colourful and delicious
