Ingredients

1/2chicken
1 Tbroyco powder
1 Tbblack pepper
1 Tbgarlic powder
1/2 Tbsalt
1ts red pepper
1 TBcooking oil

Steps

1

Cut the chicken on a clean board,then place them in a clean bowl.

In a separate bowl,pour all the spices and stir.

Add the oil to the spice mix and coat each piece of chicken.

Allow the chicken to marinade for about 20 minutes.

Oil the baking tin and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 30 min.

Arrange the chicken on the baking tin and place it in the oven after 5 min.Turn the chicken after 15 min.
7

When the chicken is ready,remove the baking tin from the oven and serve while hot.
