Ingredients

  1. 1 kgground beef
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonpepper
  4. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  5. Cheddar & mozzarella cheese
  6. 1small onion
  7. 2 tablespoonbread crumbs
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 tablespoonketchup
  10. 1tomato
  11. Green chilies
  12. Garlic
  13. Dried mint
  14. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  15. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  16. 1 teaspoononion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients together except cheese.

  2. 2

    Mix them well.

  3. 3

    Form the beef mix into balls.

  4. 4

    Stuff every ball with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

  5. 5

    Put it in oven

  6. 6

    Then smoked it by putting charcoal and oil over it and cover it for 5 min.

  7. 7

    Serve it with fries as sandwich or in plate with pasta.
