Ingredients

  1. 1 cup urad ki daal
  2. 1 cup moong ki daal
  3. 1/2 tspn ginger
  4. 1 pinch heeng
  5. 1/2 tspn fruit salt (eno)
  6. Curd for dahi badhe
  7. 500 gramcurd
  8. 1/2 tspn black salt
  9. 1 tspn roasted jeera powder
  10. 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
  11. 2 tbspngreen Coriander leaves chopped
  12. 1/2 bowl green chutney
  13. 1/2 bowl imli chutney (meethi chutney)
  14. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    1 dono daalo ko nicely wash kar ke clean water main over nyt ke liye y 8 hours ke liye soak kar denge.

    Soak hone ke baad extra water ko nikal kar dono daalo ko mixer main derdera grind kar ke ek bowl main nikal lenge.

    Now idli mould ko oil se grees ker lenge.

  4. 4

    Now coocker main 2 glass water daal kar hot hone ke liye rekh denge.

  5. 5

    Bt dhyaan rahe ki water itna hi ho ki boil hone par idli stand main nahi aaye.

    Now grind kiye huye mixture main salt, heeng and ginger paste add kar denge and nicely whisk kar lenge.

    If better thin leg rha ho toh isme thoda sa rawa add kar ke nicely better bana lenge.

    Now better main ino fruit salt mix kar ke spn ki help se idli mould main is better ko daal denge and wet hand se press krte huye badhe ki shape denge. All mould ko is method se fill kar lenge.

    Now idli stand ko cooker main rekh de.and without whistle ke lid ko lega de 10 minute ke liye.

    After 10 minute check kar ke gas ko off kar de. And idli stand ko care fully cooker se bahar nikal le.

    Steamed dahi badhe is ready to serve.

    Serving ke liye ek plate main 2 dahi badhe rekhe and uske uper 4 spn curd daal de.now is par l thodha sa salt, redchilli powder, roaste jeera powder and black salt add karein and meethi chutney and green chutney bhiuper se add karein. And garnish with chopped green Coriander leaves..
