Fried Chicken with Honey Lemon Sauce

Hello Cookpad friends, how are you? It's been a while since I uploaded this recipe. I actually cook and bake every day, but sometimes I don't have time to take photos. Or more often, I struggle with photo styling, so I just snap a quick picture.

Hello Cookpad friends, how are you? It's been a while since I uploaded this recipe. I actually cook and bake every day, but sometimes I don't have time to take photos. Or more often, I struggle with photo styling, so I just snap a quick picture.
Steps
- 1
Drizzle the chicken with lemon juice, let it sit for 10 minutes, rinse, and cut into cubes. In a bowl, combine the chicken with minced garlic, black pepper, and sesame oil.
- 2
Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- 3
Mix the coating ingredients, then roll the chicken in the coating mixture.
- 4
Mix the dipping ingredients, then dip the chicken into the egg mixture.
- 5
Roll the chicken again in the coating mixture.
- 6
Fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked through.
- 7
Sauté margarine and garlic until fragrant and cooked. Add water, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and honey, then thicken with the cornstarch mixture. Stir until it bubbles.
- 8
Remove and serve. Arrange the fried chicken on a plate, pour the honey lemon sauce over it, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Yummy!
