Ingredients

  • 300gPaneer cubes
  • 5whole garlic peeled
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  • 2Onion
  • 5Tomato chop
  • As tasteSalt
  • Half spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4spHaldi
  • Half spoonGaram masala powder
  • Half spoonKASURI methi
  • Half+ 1sp + 1spOil.
  • 2spbutter

Steps

    Wok mein oil heat kar garlic saute kar chop onion add kar golden brown ho jaye to chop tomato and ginger add kar bhune phir all masala add karein bhun kar gas off kar de.

    Tomato masala cool ho jaye to grind kar le puree r ready.

    NONSTICK grill pan main one spoon oil heat kar paneer cubes add kar both sides se grill kar le.

    Wok main tomato puree masala dal kar paneer cubes add kar mix karein thora sa water dal kar ache se mix kar 5 minute ke liye cook kar gas off kar de.uper se KASURI methi add kar de.

    Paneer ko serving dish main transfer kar de.

    5 pcs garlic ko peel kar lengthwise cut kar le.

    Pan main 2sp butter and one spoon oil heat kar garlic saute kar paneer par garnish karde.

    Note..Butter ke saath oil isliye dala hai kuki butter bahut jaldi burn ho jata hai.
