Prepare yo ingredients

Soak your rice in warm water for 30 minitues as your meat boils.

Cut your onions into pieces, mix with kitunguu saumu, add into a sufuria then add oil n place it to cook till it turns golden brown

Add your grinded garlic cloves n stir for a minute,add you boiled meat n stir too,

Add your soaked rice then the pilau masala n stir using a wooden spoon...add estimated water n cover the sufuria for it to cook till it dries up

Pilau is ready, the sweet aroma can tell.

Serve with kichumbari.
