Soak rice and dal for 5-6 hours and then grind it in fine paste

Let it ferment for 5-6 hours or according to climate

Take a Idli stand grease it and pour big one spoon in each and steam them for 15-20 minutes

Cook toor dal till tender

Cook all the vegetables

Take a pan add oil and all the tempering masala

Now add turmeric powder and other dry masala

Now add the cooked dal and vegetables

When it's about to cook add imli paste and stir it properly

Off the gas and close the lid for 5 minutes and then serve it hot with prepared idli
