Ingredients

  1. 8 ozsifted self raising flour
  2. 5 ozbutter
  3. 5 ozsoft brown sugar
  4. 3 ozsultanas
  5. 1 lbmincemeat
  6. 2eggs beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160c

  2. 2

    Grease and line a 8 inch tin

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly

  4. 4

    Pour into tin and bake for 1 and 3/4 hours

  5. 5

    Leave to cool and enjoy!
