  4. Oil for frying
  5. Carom seeds
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. For Filling
  8. 4 tbspSattu-
  9. 1/2 tspRed chill powder-
  10. 1 tspGinger garlic-
  11. 1 tspGreen chilly paste-
  12. 1 tspLemon juice-
  13. pinchCarom seeds- little
  14. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida with salt,ghee.carom seeds with the help of water of water to make a stiff dough.

  2. 2

    Make the stuffing by mixing all the fillings with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal size balls.

  4. 4

    Stuff the fillings in the ball and roll the balls.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with rolling pin to approx 2.5 diameter.

  6. 6

    Heat the oil in a pan and place the kachori one by one.

  7. 7

    Lower the heat and fry till little brown.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
