Ingredients

  1. 5.3 ozwide rice noodles (about 150 grams)
  2. 2.5 ozpork loin, sliced (about 70 grams)
  3. 1large egg
  4. 1.8 ozChinese broccoli, cut into pieces (about 50 grams)
  5. 1/4 teaspoondark soy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  7. 1/2 teaspoongranulated sugar
  8. 1 teaspoonlight soy sauce
  9. 2 teaspoonsmushroom soy sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Toss the wide rice noodles with the dark soy sauce until evenly coated, then set aside.
