1 serving

1 handfulspinach
1 scoopprotein(whey) powder
2 tablespoonschia seeds
1 tablespoonhoney
1Apple, chopped
1/2 cupwater
1/2 lime, juiced

In a blender, add all of the ingredients and bring to a blitz.

Pour into a smoothie cup or glass. Serve cold as a brekkie on the go.
