Peel your potatoes well. Clean them thoroughly and cut them into rounds of 1/2 inch

Heat your oil untill it gets smoky.

Pat dry your potatoes add a pinch of salt and then deep fry them for 10 minutes.

Remove them and place on serviettes to absorb the excess oil.

Clean the lettuce and cucumber well.

Chop them into your desired size and mix them.

Plate and enjoy with tomato sauce.
