Steps

Greate potatoes into a bowl. Add rice, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Add cornstarch and mix well.

Divide the mixture into equal portations and shapes them into cutlets.

Spread breadcrumbs onto a plate. Coat each cutlet with some breadcrumbs.

Heat a non- stick twa. Place each prepared cutlet, drizzle some oil and shallow- fry on medium heat from both sides till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney
