Wash and soak dal and rice separately and also methi dana for 4-5 hour. thn grind dal in smooth paste with little water. and also grind rice coarsely. nw mix both dal paste and rice and give a gentle mix and add 1tsp salt and keep aside for fermentation at least 12 - 14 hour or overnight

Frst crush all boiled allu and keep aside. take a kadai and heat 3 tsp oil and saute rai, adruk, chilles, kadi patta thn add crushed aalu and salt, grm msala, chana msala, and mix and pour 1 cup water and cover the lid for 3-4 min. gass turn off and cool down.

Take a pan and heat 1/2 tsp oil and saute mushrooms with little salt and this mushrooms mix in aalu masala and also mix chopped onion and tomatoes and hara dania. masala is ready 4 dosa.

Nw heat the dosa tawa and pour a full of ladder and spread round and round and cook for 2 min and sprinkle 4-5 drop of oil and also spread mushroom masala and fold and enjoy with samber and nariyal chutney
