Ingredients

  1. 500 gramtinda
  2. 1 cupchana dal (boil)
  3. as neededCoriander leaves (finally chopped)
  4. 2Green chilli (finally chopped)
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 spooncoriander powder
  8. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  9. as neededOil (for deep fry)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tinda, peel it and hold it.

  2. 2

    Deep fry the tinda.

  3. 3

    In one bowl take dal and all the ingredients and mix it.

  4. 4

    Take a tinda put the stuffing.

  5. 5

    Take onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomatoes, put in a grinder and mix it.

  6. 6

    Take one pan add some oil and put in masala and burn it.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cup water. and boil it.

  8. 8

    When you want to eat server tinda in a bowl it's grave and garnish it.

  9. 9

    Now ready to eat with chapatti.
