Wash the tinda, peel it and hold it.

Deep fry the tinda.

In one bowl take dal and all the ingredients and mix it.

Take a tinda put the stuffing.

Take onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomatoes, put in a grinder and mix it.

Take one pan add some oil and put in masala and burn it.

Add 2 cup water. and boil it.

When you want to eat server tinda in a bowl it's grave and garnish it.
