Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 4large peeled and diced tomatoes
  2. 1bell pepper, diced fine and seeded
  3. 1/2sweet onion, chopped very fine
  4. 1/4 cupcilantro, minced
  5. 4 clovesminced garlic
  6. 1/2lime juice
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 1jalapeño, diced fine and seeded
  9. Splashmild taco sauce

    Mix together in a large mixing bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour or more.

    Serve with tortilla chips!
