Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
  • 4large peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 1bell pepper, diced fine and seeded
  • 1/2sweet onion, chopped very fine
  • 1/4 cupcilantro, minced
  • 4 clovesminced garlic
  • 1/2lime juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1jalapeño, diced fine and seeded
  • Splashmild taco sauce

    Mix together in a large mixing bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour or more.

    Serve with tortilla chips!
