1 hour 30 mins

4large peeled and diced tomatoes
1bell pepper, diced fine and seeded
1/2sweet onion, chopped very fine
1/4 cupcilantro, minced
4 clovesminced garlic
1/2lime juice
salt and pepper
1jalapeño, diced fine and seeded
Splashmild taco sauce

Mix together in a large mixing bowl and chill in fridge for 1 hour or more.
