Ingredients

  • 250 gmcheese
  • 2onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 pcsginger
  • 2green chilli
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 4 tbspcream
  • 3 tbspghee
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspShahi paneer masala
  • 1/2 tspgram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly make a paste of onion, tomato, green chilii, ginger.

  2. 2

    Now pour some ghee in a pan and fry the paste in it.

  3. 3

    Now put cream, tomato sauce and all masala.

  4. 4

    Now pour 1 cup milk and cheese and cook it for 5 minutes on slow flame.

  5. 5

    Our Shahi paneer is ready to serve.
