  1. 100 ggreengrams
  2. 10 mlsoil
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsproyco
  6. 1/2 cupcarrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the washed green grams for 1 and 1/2 hours. It should be soft

  2. 2

    Fry onions, tomatoes and carrots the normal way.

  3. 3

    Add salt, then mix in the green grams and stir. Add in royco

  4. 4

    Add some water then stir. Boil for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali rice.
