For making dough :

Take a bowl. Add flour, oil, salt, carom seeds in a bowl and mix

Mix with hand removing lumps if formed

Add water gradually to make the dough

Put it to rest for 20 mins.

Till it rests, prepares the stuffing.

For stuffing :

Add cumin seeds in hot mustard oil.

Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and potato

Add red chili, mint, green peas, dry mango powder, and salt.

Turn off the flame and wait till it gets to room temperature

Now make chapatti from the dough, fill the mixture in between, then stick the corners of the chapatti together to make ‘Potli’.

Use refine flour+water mixture to stick the corners

Deep fry the 'potli' till it gets golden brown in color.

Serve it.
