  1. 1 tspcurry powder
  2. 2 tspcanola oil
  3. 1 1/2 lblarge sea scallops (about 12)
  4. 1/2 cuppanko (japanese breadcrumbs)
  5. 2 tsplower-sodium soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Place Panko in a shallow dish.

    Toss scallops with soy sauce in a medium bowl; sprinkle evenly with curry powder. Dredge in panko.

    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-heat. Add scallops to pan; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve with lime wedges.
