Whip the egg white to stiff peaks slowly adding the sugar a spoonful at a time.

Whisk in the vinegar and cornflour.

Line a baking tray with non stick paper.

Spoon the meringue onto the paper forming a circle (you can draw this on the paper in advance). Make it higher on the outside with a well in the middle.

Bake at 150 degrees for an hour. (Check to make sure it doesn't catch.

Whip cream and pile onto cool cooked meringue.

Top with a variety of fruits of your choice.

Serve!
