Ingredients

  • 400 gdry Couscous
  • 280 mlwater
  • 50 gchopped carrots
  • 50 gchopped onions
  • 15 gchopped pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • Curry
  • Oil or butter
  • cubesBoulion

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water until boiled. Take off heat, add couscous, curry, bullion cubes, to taste, oil and cover for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Fry onions, carrots and pepper for 30minuts. Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Mix the fried veggies into the couscous and Mould. Freeze for 10mins

  4. 4

    Heat pan with oil and swallow fry both sides for 3mins and strain out on a paper towel.

  5. 5

    Serve with Salad or eat as a Stand alone meal or snack.
