Couscous comes from grinded wheat grains and is a North African staple food that has taken and gotten universal acceptance over the century. In Nigeria Couscous is a northern favourite and equally gaining acceptance in more cities and states across the country. Couscous can be used in various ways. Cakes, Fritters, salad, main meals, crumpet, koskoro among others.

Heat water until boiled. Take off heat, add couscous, curry, bullion cubes, to taste, oil and cover for 10 mins.

Fry onions, carrots and pepper for 30minuts. Add salt to taste.

Mix the fried veggies into the couscous and Mould. Freeze for 10mins
- 4
Heat pan with oil and swallow fry both sides for 3mins and strain out on a paper towel.

Serve with Salad or eat as a Stand alone meal or snack.
