Ingredients

  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 1/2 cupchana dal
  • 2onion (finally chopped)
  • 4tomato (finally chopped)
  • 4green chilli (finally chopped)
  • In inch ginger (crushed)
  • 5,6kali garlic (paate)
  • 2green chilli (paste)
  • In pinch hing
  • 1/2 spoonkasuri methi
  • 2sabut lal mirch
  • To tastesalt
  • 6 spooncream
  • 4 spoonbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take one pressure cooker, add 8 cup water and dal, salt and close the pressure cooker and 4 wissle and low flam in 20 minutes,

  2. 2

    Take one pan add some butter in heat, add hing, ginger garlic paste golden brown, add onion and colour pink.

  3. 3

    Add the tomato, salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi in burn it and mix it.

  4. 4

    Take one bowl, put the dal and garnish the cream.

  5. 5

    Now, ready to eat.
