Wash bhindi and cut in two or three pices.

Put pan on the gas and hot oil.

Add bhindi and roast till brown and crispy.

Now ad the chilli,coriander powder,haldi and salt.saute in low flame.

After five minutes add besanand stir as well.
- 6
Now aadd amchur and garam masala.saute for minutes.

Now put the lid and cook fot five minutes.
- 8
Your crispy madala bhindi is ready.
