Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlPoha : Soaked
  2. 1/4 cupPeanuts
  3. 3 TspOil
  4. 2Onion Sliced
  5. 1/2 cupCarrot Chopped
  6. 1/2 cupCapsicum Chopped
  7. 1/2 CupPeas
  8. 1/2 cupFrench Beans Chopped
  9. 2Tomato Chopped
  10. Salt As per taste
  11. 1/2 TspRed Chili Powder
  12. 1/2 TspCoriander Powder
  13. 1/2 TspGaram Masala Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 3 tsp oil in pan and fry peanuts and put it out after they became brown.

  2. 2

    After that add sliced onions and sauté them until it becomes light brown, add all the chopped vegetables and cook them for five minutes with covered lid.

  3. 3

    After 5 minutes add fried peanuts, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masal powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add soaked poha, chopped tomatoes and mix them well, cook for another two minutes and see your poha is ready.
