Steps

Take 3 tsp oil in pan and fry peanuts and put it out after they became brown.

After that add sliced onions and sauté them until it becomes light brown, add all the chopped vegetables and cook them for five minutes with covered lid.

After 5 minutes add fried peanuts, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masal powder and mix well.

Add soaked poha, chopped tomatoes and mix them well, cook for another two minutes and see your poha is ready.
