place stove on medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter along with mushrooms and garlic

Saute until mushroom and garlic are cooked

set them aside

combine heavy whipping cream, cream cheese and remainder of butter together in skillet

mix well until all ingredients are mixed well

let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat

add garlic, mushrooms and parmesan cheese to the sauce
