Cook rice as desired.

Brown turkey, adding garlic.

Cut tops off of peppers and clean out guts

Combine turkey, rice, and 2/3 of spaghetti sauce in large bowl.

Spoon concoction into peppers.

Top with mozarella and the rest of spag sauce.

Cook uncovered for about 45 minutes
