1 smallonion
1 1/2 lbpork loin
5 eachcactus
1/2 tspsalt
1/3 cupcorn oil

heat oil in a skillet cook the pork loin

boil the tomatillos and jalapenos in water
3

in blender add jalapenos onion and tomatillo blend untill smooth
4

Peel the stickers from the cactus
5

cut the cactus in strips and add to the cooking pork loin pour in the salsa and let simmer 20 minutes
