Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 3/4 cupwater
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbsoil
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 500 gchicken livers
  7. 3 tbsperi peri sauce
  8. 3 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  9. 3 tbscream
  10. Pinch mixed herbs
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tspfine geera
  13. 1/2cucumber
  14. 1big carrot, grated
  15. 1 tspground cinnamon
  16. 1green pepper, chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour, baking powder, oil and herbs with water

  2. 2

    Knead the dough until smooth

  3. 3

    Roll fine and shape it round

  4. 4

    Bake at 160 degrees C for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Fry onion, green pepper, garlic and all spices then add chicken livers

  6. 6

    Let it fry and keep stirring for minutes 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Lay grated carrots and chicken livers on your chapati and add cream on top then roll it then cut as you desired
