  • 1/2 kgbeans - boiled
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2large tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsroyco
  • cooking oil
  • salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and stir

  2. 2

    After a minute add tomatoes and stir for 3-5 minutes as they soften.

  3. 3

    Add beans as you stir

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco mixed in 1 cup water. cover for5-10 minutes then serve.
