Ingredients

1/2 cupdry mielie meal
1/2 canwhole kernel corn drained
1/2 cupflour
3 tbspchickpea flour
3 tbspnutritional yeast
1/2 tspeach of turmeric, white pepper, paprika
1 tspsalt
Oil for frying
1/2 tbspminced garlic

Cook mielie meal until firm

Mix everything together

Shallow fry on med-high heat until crispy and golden

Drain and then enjoy!

I served mine with sriracha mayo
