1/2Green pepper
1/2Onion
3 tbspFlour
2 cupMilk
2 cupCrab meat
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupShredded sharp cheddar
1/2 cupBread crumps

Melt butter in skillet and then add green pepper and onions, cook for 5 minutes.

Add flour and milk, then add crab meat and salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.

Pour mix into a shallow buttered baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bread crumbs brown.
