Steps

Boil rice with bayleaf, dalchini, tbsp of oil and salt. Once its 90% cook take it on flat surface and let it get cool.

Once rice it cooled down, heat oil in kadhai. Add jeera, crushed garlic, curry leaves, green chilli and pinch of salt in it.

Once it is fried enough add coriander and rice and mix it. Let it cook for 2-3 mins.

Serve it with your favorite curry
