Take gram flour in a bowl add yoghurt and water and mix avoid lumps add the salt and mix again

Leave it aside to ferment for three to four hours. When gram flour mixture has fermented, add turmeric powder and green chilli-ginger paste. Mix. Heat the steamer. Grease a thali.

In a small bowl take lemon juice, eno fruit salt 1 teaspoon oil and mix. Add it to the better and whisk briskly.pour better in to the greesd thali.and place it in the steamer.

Cover with the lid and stem for 10 min. When a little cool, cut in to square shape and keep in a serving plat.

Heat remaining oil in a small pan. Add the mustard seeds. when seeds the begin to crekel. Remove and pure the Dhokla.

Served garnishd with chopped coriander leves and screpd coconut.

Now ready to eat khaman dhokla.
