Boil the chicken for appriximately one hour for it to soften.add chicken masala and mixed spices to the boiling chicken

Fry onions separately. Once they brown add the crushed ginger and garlic and stir

Add tomatoes and cover.when tomatoes are well cooked stir for 7 minutes.ready to serve

Peel your potatoes,cut them into halves and wash well

Perboil potatoes for 10 minutes.add tumeric to the boiling potatoes for colour and flavour.add salt to taste

Preheat your oven at 180 degress for 10 minutes

Place a foil on your baking tray and smear alittle oil

Place your potatoes and bake for 30 minutes

Wash your cabbage.cut into small pieces and steam it

Serve and enjoy
