Soak sabudana with same amount of water for overnight

Heat ghee in pan. Add jeera, curry patta, greenchilli chopped and thinly chopped potato. And fry until patato cooks.

Add sabudana and peanut powder with salt and sugar and mix it. Wait till sugar melts. Do not over cook as sabudana will become chewy...

Serve it with curd and lemon wedge.
