Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesLow-Fat Cream Cheese
  2. 1 cupLow-Fat Sour Cream
  3. 1 envelopeItalian Salad Dressing Mix, ( I use Zesty)
  4. 3 cupFrozen, chopped Broccoli Florets, (thawed and patted dry)
  5. 2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until blended.

  3. 3

    Fold in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of cheese, then spoon into pie plate or a shallow 1 qt. dish. (Spread evenly).

  4. 4

    Bake 20 minutes, Remove, Sprinkle with remaining cheese and then bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Serve warm on crackers!
